Erin Carnish
My Background & Why I Created the Amplified Leader
Throughout my 30+ year career as a business builder, C-Suite executive, Operating Partner, and Board Member, I developed and refined the strategic frameworks that now form the foundation of The Amplified Leader™. These aren’t theoretical concepts—they’re the exact tools I used to drive exponential growth across multiple organizations.
Here’s what I learned: The frameworks that separate good managers from transformational leaders aren’t mystical—they’re learnable, systematic, and repeatable. But they’re typically locked away at the executive level, learned only through decades of costly trial-and-error.
I also learned this: You don’t have to sacrifice what matters most to lead at the highest level. I built my career while raising three children with a working spouse, and I’m passionate about helping leaders develop executive capabilities while maintaining the relationships and health that sustain long-term success.
I founded the Leaders Lab Collective to democratize access to these frameworks—so leaders can accelerate their development without the decades of trial-and-error, and organizations can build leadership capacity that drives measurable results.

Erin holds a BS in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering from the University of Minnesota and is a certified coach through Rutgers University’s ICF-accredited program. She lives in Minneapolis with her husband and three children.

Daisy Granholm is a former Dartmouth College soccer player and recent graduate of Dartmouth’s Master of Engineering in Energy Engineering program (Class of 2025). Daisy is pursuing a career as a professional soccer player while working as an Operations Associate for The Leaders Lab.
